Cold-chain delivery

Maison 1772 caviar is delivered in isothermal packaging with frozen cooling elements to preserve the cold chain. Orders should be received personally and refrigerated immediately after delivery.

Delivery charge

The current online checkout applies a flat €35 cold-chain delivery charge to each order. The charge is shown before payment and is included in the Stripe Checkout total.

Estimated delivery times

For Europe, delivery is estimated within 1 working day from order confirmation. For the United Kingdom, the United States and other international destinations available at checkout, delivery is estimated within 48 hours from order confirmation.

These are estimates only. Dispatch and transit may be affected by courier operations, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tracking details should be used to follow an order in transit.

Storage on arrival

Store caviar in a refrigerator between -4°C and +2°C. Remove the delivery packaging before refrigeration. Once opened, consume within 1-2 days and always follow the expiry date on the packaging.

Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Maison 1772 cannot guarantee clearance by local customs or border authorities.
